Freeform using iCloud on a Shared iPad

I found another post from last year that has all of the information showing on the iPad so I have copied and pasted the info below (the conversation is locked and so I cannot reply in that conversation). Further, I have talked to Apple and they sent me the deployment guide and I have found the following:

Managed App’s stored data in iCloud - this is the closest restriction that we can find that would enable Freeform to save data to iCloud. Unfortunately, since Freeform is not a Managed app, iCloud is not turned on.

when i log in ipad

i can find Apps using icloud

but in shared ipad can not found

jamf school or macOS Server

so

does anyone know how to use Freeform with shared ipad?

Hi DeanChristie,

Typically with a mobile device management profile installed you'd need to contact your school or business IT to allow the operation of specific apps with iCloud. It sounds like you already have information about the guide, but if needed again find it here: Intro to mobile device management profiles - Apple Support

If needed, you can also find a full list of restrictions your school or business can enabled here: Review MDM restrictions for Apple devices As mentioned in this guide "Restrictions can be turned on—or in some cases, turned off—by administrators to help prevent users from accessing a specific app, service, or function of an iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV that’s enrolled in a mobile device management (MDM) solution. For example, a restriction can be added that prevents an iPhone or iPad from using AirPrint."

To further assist with what you can access on the supervised device, reach out to your IT department.

Best.
