I am looking to print a document from an iPad to two different printers in different areas of the building at the same time. Is this possible? I believe they are both Lexmark Printers.

No, it isn't possible to simultaneously send the same print job to two different printers. If printing to independent printers, you'll need to send the print job twice - one to each.
I'm unaware of any "Printing Apps" that can circumvent fundamental limitations of printing protocols. If instead you are sending print jobs to a Print Server - the server may have other options.
Where Print Servers are involved, you'll need to seek assistance from the System Administrator that manages the Print Server.
