I don’t get focus modes, only do not disturb on my apple watch

I tried allowing sharing to all devices, I tried seeing if there were any missed updates, deleting apps, reinstalling them and nothing. I really want to track my sleep and my watch will only set to do not disturb and I can’t find anything helpful to solve the issue

May I know how to active apple watch silence mode when iPhone active? I was awaked by apple watch notification rings last night either I actived sleep focus and silence my phone. I don't know why my outlook can send watch notificaion although none Apps in sleep focus allow notifications list. I enabled Share Across Devices so my watch was in sleep focus at that time. I also notice I can add Silent Mode in Focus Filters in sleep focus, but there is no setting for apple watch auto active Silent Mode when sleep focus active.

Do Not Disturb Screen on Apple watch After the recent IOS 17.1 and 17.2 updates, I can no longer swipe up on my watch to reach the Do Not Disturb screen shortcut. I have searched the internet and all of the sites I've found say "swipe up." That no longer works. I have found the "LONGGG Cut" by going through settings but those take way too long. It came with the Apple 10 watch, I didn't set it up myself.

do not disturb doesn’t work so basically here’s the story: i like to sleep with my apple watch on because i like the sleep tracking, but unfortunately my friends like to text at all hours of the day so i always sleep on do not disturb so that i can respond in the morning, but for the past like almost year even when my watch is on do not disturb, i am still getting some text messages and it keeps waking me up. its so frustrating because im a light sleeper and it takes me forever to fall back asleep when im woken up, there have been times where it keeps going off and i end up ripping my apple watch off and throwing it across the room so it’ll stop doing that little haptic. please help why is do not disturb not doing it’s ONE job anymore?

I don't believe a series 2 watch can have the watchOS updated to get the Focus Mode. I believe watchOS 6.3 is the most a series 2 watch can be updated to. To track sleep, etc. I believe you need watchOS 9.
