My account disconnected from the App Store and iTunes

Every time I try to download or buy anything I get a notification that say my account is disconnected from the App Store and iTunes.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 16

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
