I have been using quicken for almost 25 years and have recently purchased a Mac mini with Ventura 13.5.1 operating system. I am looking for an offline replacement software to use that is basic bookkeeping. Any recommendations please

Why are you looking to replace Quicken? Quicken for Mac works great and I've been using it with no problems for years. It has improved substantially over the past couple years. The latest version for Mac is 7.2.2. If you need something specifically for a business, have you checked out QuickBooks?
What use the free personal use LibreOffice as office replacement that I use because is opens/save in many different doc to doc.x to others too really pure silicon (you just have use the toggle bar to silicon version!
Thanks, but my old version of quicken will not work with the new operating system on macOS mini Ventura 13.5.1. I do not want to purchase the subscription as I just need the basics and it's expensive for what I want to do.
You clearly didn't read the topic. 1helplessbookkeeper is looking for replacement accounting software. Not a word processor.
