The easiest way would be iCloud Photos. If your Photos are in iCloud Photos, and you enable iCloud Photos on the new iPhone, the Photos Library will be synced to the new iPhone exactly as it is currently on the old iPhone., with all photos, videos, albums and folders. And you will be able to revert all adjustments or Live effects, etc. If you just transfer the media items the adjustments will be burned in and the originals lost.
But be careful, if you are using iCloud Photos. While you are still having iCloud Photos enabled on both your iPhones, you must not delete photos or videos from the old iPhone or they will be deleted from the new iPhone as well. iCloud Photos is syncing any changes across your devices and keeping the libraries identical on all devices.
Have you already set up the new iPhone? When you set up a new iPhone from the old iPhone, the Photos should have been transferred as well.
