If you purchased them from Apple or an Apple-authorized reseller AND broke the distinctive Apple tamper-evident packaging seals yourself … “YES.”

If you purchased them elsewhere, in all likelihood … “NO.”

It may not be correct though if you bought them outside of Apple or one of their authorized resellers as fakes have gotten more sophisticated.
