Question

I have to double tap everything on my iPad to make it work

To sign in 1st number is 2 press 2 then a circle round number, double tap number and the same with apps, when in app, everything has to be double taped. This is my granddaughters iPad so I have no idea how she did it . Ipad model MQF02B/A . On settings i can only get down the page to ( control centre ) .

Check that Assistive Touch has been disabled:

Settings > Accessibility > Assistive Touch > Assistive Touch - set to OFF

If you see no improvement, perform a forced restart of your iPad:

Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)

If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:

Press and quickly release the volume button nearest to the top button.
Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button.
Press and hold the top button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the top button.

Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)

Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
