Rosetta 2 Updater doesn't work

I want to install Rosetta 2 on my brand new Air.

I tried 3 ways:

1)I run this:

/usr/sbin/softwareupdate --install-rosetta --agree-to-license

But got unhandled error and false statement that Install of Rosetta 2 finished successfully:

By using the agreetolicense option, you are agreeing that you have run this tool with the license only option and have read and agreed to the terms.

If you do not agree, press CTRL-C and cancel this process immediately.

2023-09-07 16:37:30.501 softwareupdate[3715:82157] Package Authoring Error: 042-25637: Package reference com.apple.pkg.RosettaUpdateAuto is missing installKBytes attribute

Install of Rosetta 2 finished successfully

2) When I run /System/Library/CoreServices/Rosetta 2 Updater I have this window:

*img removed

I push Install and it does something but it does not work.

3) When I click on the app inside the package

*img removed

I got this:
