1, it went sleep and not wake up, it sound when open like normal but no light on keyboard and screen.

2, can i send my macbook to apple USA for warranty if i not sign out iCloud ?

press and hold the power/touch-ID button for at least 10 seconds to force an emergency, uncontrolled power-down.

Try to start up again.
