1. For physical items that you purchased through Apple’s online Store, you can find recent invoices in your account. See the Shopping bag icon in the top-right corner of each page on the apple.com site for your country or region.
2. For physical items that you purchased through a brick-and-mortar store, contact that store directly.
3. For digital items and services, see the email invoices, and/​or your purchase history.
