My grandson lost his phone and I don’t know how to find it

I'm really sorry to hear about your grandson's phone - I hope you find it!

If your grandson had Find My iPhone enabled, you can go to iCloud.com from any device and have your grandson login with his Apple ID. You can then access Find My and view the last reported location of the iPhone. You can also mark the device as lost using this site.

He needs to login to https://icloud.com/find with his AppleID and password.

Be sure to include the “/find” in the URL.

If he’s under 13, his “Family Members” can most likely also see the phone on their own devices in their FindMy app.

Hopefully the grandson enabled Find My on the phone.....before.....it was lost.

You will need to get his Apple ID and Password to search for the phone online.
