Permanent Crash with clean install of Monterey

without any prior warning or obvious reason, my MBP (Mac OS 10.15 - Catalina) started to reboot over and over again three days ago. All suggested possibilities (PR-Ram, SMC reset, cmd-D and cmd-S (Single - User - Mode) did not work) did not get any help. In recovery mode, the diskutility repeatedly indicated unrepairable errors.

All data backed up. Created a bootable USB stick with Monterey. Booted from this stick, erased SSD and set up APFS volume. Monterey installed. Copying stops at "14 minutes left". MBP restarts with a white bar and "29 min. left", "28 min. left"

And every time at "22 min. left" the fan spins up and the MBP switches off. Starts again at "29 minutes left" .... . No matter whether with 2 APFS volumes or a physical partition, no matter whether you install on the 1st or 2nd volume - always the same.

So, Monterey downloaded again, created a new USB stick: copying is now much longer - but after reboot again the same: at "22 min. left" it ends with fan spinning up an shut down, restart, "29 min left" ..

What else can be done?

Tanks - it was the RAM. It took an service provider more than 24 h in testing the hardware.

Meanwhile the mainboard was replaced (a bit more than € 1000,-) and everything is fine.
