When trying to review an app on my iPhone, I get the stars to choose but if I want to write something, I get the left half of the keyboard and nothing happens if I change to landscape. I have tried rebooting the phone and I have updated my iOS with no change.

If restarting the device and updating the software was unable to correct the issue, you can try quitting and re-opening the App Store application.
To quit the app, open the App Switcher, swipe right to find the app, then swipe up on the app.
