Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen Bluetooth Range

Hello, I have noticed that my Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen isn't getting the Bluetooth range that my iPhone and Bluetooth version are capable of. I have noticed that the range on the 2 apple watches i tested was shorter that their Bluetooth specs. I tested an apple watch s3 and only got 10 meters of range (tested with both an iPhone 7 and iPhone 13) with no obstructions so I thought that was just Bluetooth 4's fault but when I got an Apple Watch SE and an iPhone 13. I knew that iPhone 13 was able to hold a connection and play music/similar at 150 meters of range (unobstructed) to another Bluetooth 5.1 device. But with the Apple Watch SE (with Bluetooth 5.3) I could only get 20-35 meters before it disconnects from the iPhone 13. The same range occurs with the Bluetooth 5.1 device from earlier.

Can someone explain why the Apple Watch's Bluetooth isn't getting the range for its version?

Thanks

150 metres is phenomenal and unusual. My iphone 12 will not do more than 20

The 25 metres you got is as good as it gets, the Watch is smaller and has a smaller range irrespective of the phone's range.

Similarly the SE only has 2.4GHz wi-Fi
