I want to cancel this before it renews.

The Apple TV+ subscription listing in your subscriptions overview, would have a Cancel Subscription link or button. Scroll further down, or else see what is listed on the See All Plans submenu.
Once canceled, the Cancel Subscription link or button would no longer show, and be replaced with re-subscribe options (in case you change your mind).
If you want to cancel a subscription, do so at least 24 hours before the renewal moment.
