Hey there miles_fastpac,

Congrats on getting your new Mac! While we're unsure why you mentioned 'not needing to see a list of devices' as this doesn't pertain to the issue you described in Apple Music, we certainly want to help by learning more about what's happening, along with ruling out some possible causes:

  1. You mentioned seeing this message in Apple Music on your Mac, but which action are you performing in Apple Music right before this message shows? The more details you provide, the better we'll understand what's happening.
  2. Do you have an Apple Music subscription, and if yes, do you use it on other devices other than your Mac? If you do use it on other devices, let us know if the same issue occurs on them.
  3. While you mentioned having a new Mac, you didn't mention which exact model. That being said, if you have a compatible Mac model, the latest version is macOS 13.5.2. You can verify this by clicking on the Apple logo at the top left corner of the screen, then on ‘About This Mac’. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then update: Update macOS on Mac

Cheers!
