I’m having problems to log into my TikTok account

I’m having problem to log into my tiktok acc, been trying few times and restart my phone but it still show that “Unable to authorise, please try again”

Anyone know why this happen and how to solve it? Thanks

Tiktok says “Unable to authorize” So I took a break from Tiktok for a week or so and when I opened it, it wasn’t loading and said “Unable to connect to internet” so I deleted the app and I opened it and it was stuck on the opening page as seen on the photo. I closed it and went back in. I tried signing in but every single option led to the message “unable to authorize” When I pressed the question mark it said “unable to connect to internet” I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app multiple times, I have a stable WiFi connection, and I can sign into my tiktok account on other devices but not my phone. This has been going on for about two weeks.

Apple ID is working and logged in my account on appleid.apple.com website, but is not working on my iPhone 5s device (denied to login via phone 5s). Cannot download apps App Store keeps saying “cannot sign in” when I try to sign in. I just got this phone after breaking my old one, I’ve had trouble signing in for the past 14 or so days.

Tiktok is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or TikTok: Support Center
