Yes, there is a way to check the phone unlocking events and timings in iPhone. You can do this by going to Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements. Under Share iPhone & Watch Analytics, you can toggle on the switch for Share With App Developers. This will allow Apple to collect data about how you use your iPhone, including the time and date of each time you unlock your phone.

You can also view a report of your device use, including how often you unlock your phone, in the Screen Time section of Settings. To do this, go to Settings > Screen Time > See All Activity. Under App Usage, you can see a list of all the apps you have used and how much time you have spent using each app.

It is important to note that Apple does not collect any personal information about you when you share your iPhone and Watch analytics. The data is only used to improve the performance of Apple products and services.

If you are concerned about privacy, you can choose not to share your iPhone and Watch analytics. However, doing so may prevent Apple from improving its products and services.
