Old version of Apps

If the App Store does not offer an older version of the Gmail app to you when you try to download that app, I believe the answer is “No.”

Note that you can access Gmail from Google’s Web interface, and can also try connecting the Apple Mail app to it. (If Google does not think the Mail app on your iPhone is “secure” enough, you might need to use an app password.)
