Why can’t i see my apple card number
im following everything that it says on apple but i can’t find the whole card number

Are you looking for the Apple Card (credit card) number or the Apple Cash number?
The instructions in How to find the card numbers associated with your Apple Card - Apple Support are for an Apple Card number. The Apple Card is a Mastercard credit card and you would only have that if you applied and were approved.
Regarding Apple Cash, there is no option to see or use the full card number. You can only see the last 4 digits.
Some things you can do with Apple Cash:
