How can I turn off rain or other ambient noise using Background Sounds on iPhone?

I don’t know how to turn off background rain. Can someone help me please? 🙏🏼

And now I can’t find where I did that setting and when I use my car Bluetooth the volume is so low. I cant even hear the person talking even when it’s on full blast it’s not loud enough for me. iPhone adjusting volume automatically based off background noise Hi everyone, My iPhone 15 Pro Max has been adjusting my volume automatically based off the background noise in my environment. It is completely reproducible, and not limited to music - I.e. streams, videos, etc. It seems it adjusts the volume to account for the noise of my surroundings. Loud noises, volume increases; quiets down, volume lowers. Does anyone know how to turn this off? It is extremely frustrating. I have tried all the other fixes I could find in this community so far.

I love the background noise feature for iPhones. Can we get more noise options? I love this feature so much! It might be my most used feature on the iPhone. Personally, I think Rain is the best out of all the current options. Are there any plans to add more noises? I'm hoping we could get more sounds like a campfire in a forest with occasional wild life, or a heavy rain with occasional low rumbling thunders, or even possibly a library ambience? It would be amazing if we could also combine the noises, and have the option to make one noise louder than the other to create our own ambience - that would absolutely be mind blowing. I really like that this is all natively built into the iOS, and it doesn't require any network connection to access these noises - it's a very thoughtful feature. Keep up the good work, Apple 👍

As an alternative to the above, open Settings app, enter “Background” in the search box at the top of Settings, and tap Background Sounds in the search results.
