Multiple watches to one iPhone at once

I would like to connect five apple watches to a single iPhone and use them simultaneously. Is this possible?

This is for an art project.

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 5

No, and Maybe.

If you are talking a single user, then while you can pair multiple Apple Watches, only 1 Apple Watch may be actively talking to the iPhone at a time.

The Maybe is if you setup Family Sharing, which is generally used for setting the Apple Watch of a depend child (or aging parent), with the controlling iPhone being a parent's iPhone. This requires that all the Apple Watches be a Series 4 or newer and be the Cellular model. Also the cellular plans for each dependent child's Apple Watch is more expensive than the Apple Watch paired to your own iPhone.
