hi, why microphone icon always appear on my watch ? i got blank because if i click the mic icon it will bring me to contact. & i got blank i can't restart or shut down my watch because the mic icon appear on restart button. is it normal or not?

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:
