How can I add money to iTunes without them saving my card?
I need more storage space and iTunes wants my credit card number, how else can I add money for storage without putting saving my credit card ?

If you're referring to iCloud+ or Apple One, you need to have a payment method other than store credit on file while subscribed.
If you're referring to the iPhone's internal storage, delete or offload content from it. This isn't upgradable.
