A hacker has me in a managed profile and is adding apps on my iPhone from the Mac store, I have no access to settings on my phone, what can be done?

I doubt you’ve been hacked as it sounds more like your phone is managed by an MDM.
Is this your phone? Purchased new from a reputable and Apple authorised store/online shop? Or did you buy it 2nd hand?
