MrHoffman - I did call the number and the rep said that there is NO charge for Advanced Fraud Protection, but they do charge if a payment is late. As for the fee for a late payment, I didn't ask and wish I did (just in case for myself and others).
We are all other users and do not work for Apple or the bank, but the questions you ask are usually covered by the cardmember agreement which is legalese for the legal contract between you and the bank. I'd ask them how to obtain a copy.
