Why is my typed text being voiced

Recently, when I type a text, a voice repeats everything I type. I never had this happen before. Was this part of a recent update? It is truly annoying. How do I stop it.

Looks like Voice Control is On.

Go to -> Settings -> Accessibility -> Speak Auto-Text -> Off.
