time machine ventura slow and large

Since the update to Ventura the time machine backups are slow and large - it can go to 14 GB at the hourly backup. There are no such big data changes in my system.

Another thing that attracted my attention...: TM makes a cleaning after backup even though the backup disk has enough space?
