What if it shows something has work done on it, but it never did. My phone said it the rear is working fine but it’s never had work done. Will this hurt my resale

I read here a section shows up if it’s been worked on previously, or if it is having issues then it’ll state that. My “rear” has never been worked on but it says that it is an apple approved part. Well it should be, the phone came from Apple lol I’m just wondering if this is gonna hurt my resale since it now thinks it has been repaired
