Apple Vision Pro is now available in the U.S.

The Nebula App is charging me but I never signed up to pay for it and it is not listed in my subscriptions.

I downloaded the Nebula App about a month ago but considering it worthless and overpriced I deleted it. I never signed up for the subscription and it is not reflected on my subscription page anywhere. I was just charged for it and I have no way of requesting a refund or deleting the subscription, since it does not show up on my page. What can I do?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.1

OK.

1.

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when, to make sure Nebula deducted money from you card.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Ask your bank to block your card, and ask for a new card.
