Using timestamps/codestamps in the apple podcasts app

Hi,

I am using the Apple podcasts app and wanted to know why the codestamps are not working. I mean the podcast providers are putting them in the description so why does this feature not work?

I couldn't find the Apple podcasts support for the app so I published here.

Codestamps are a feature of the Apple Podcasts app that allows you to jump to specific points in a podcast episode by entering a code. However, this feature is not working for everyone.

There are a few reasons why this might be happening. First, make sure that you are using the latest version of the Apple Podcasts app. You can check this by going to the App Store and tapping on the Updates tab.

Second, make sure that you are connected to the internet. Codestamps require an internet connection to work.

Third, make sure that the podcast provider has entered the codestamps correctly in the episode description. You can check this by going to the podcast's website or social media pages.

If you have checked all of these things and codestamps are still not working, then you can contact Apple Podcasts support for help.
