16.6.1 up date trackpad gestures all screwed up

Loads of gestures on my trackpad don’t work, left and right swipe to change screen now you have to swipe up and down closing apps by swiping up doesn’t work WTF is going on????

As with all unexpected iPad behavior, try taking the following steps which may help with these gesture & app issues: restart your iPad, make sure it is up to date, close the affected app, then reopen it and make sure all apps are updated.
