Macbook Pro 2022 M2 Monitor Set Up
I have a Dell Docking Station with a Thunderbolt chord that I would be able to plug into this Macbook Pro Model. Will there be any issues running 2 monitors with it using the docking station?

When you say that you are trying to use two monitors with a "Macbook Pro 2022 M2", are you referring to the 13" M2 MacBook Pro which came out in 2022? It only supports one external display.
The 14" and 16" MacBook Pros with M2-family chips (M2 Pro, M2 Max) can support two external displays (refer to their technical specifications). They came out in 2023.

I also find the folks at https://www.owc.com/ to be very helpful in getting you the additional hardware you need and answering any questions on how to set up.
That dock is all tuned up to use with windows, especially Dell computers running windows.
What displays are you trying to use?
exactly what Dell docking station are you trying to use? are you SURE it has a ThunderBolt, and not just a USB-C lead-in cord?

I have a Dell WD19TBS which is the Thunderbolt model. Thunderbolt logo on the dock and at the end or the chord as it plugs into my Dell laptop I use for work.
