my MAC always frozen

My new MAC always dies automatically, I just open a file and it doesn't take long for it to die automatically, I can't manipulate any files at all!

MacBook Air 15″, macOS 13.5

mac air restart on its own My mac lately stop working when I got a few screens (4 -6) open on it it freeze only one screen on and can t move. now in one day it shut down on its on 3 times!! what can be done?? thanks
