I bought an apple gift card and it is defective

I purchased an apple gift card at Walmart Neighborhood Market and took off the sticker and the redemption code is only 15 digits/alphanumeric not the necessary 16! Store will not refund.

You must contact Walmart and file your complaint with them and request a refund. If necessary, report to the police if you think you have been scammed.

You definitely have the receipt from Walmart.

Your case has nothing to do with Apple.

Same thing happened to me too. I purchased an apple gift card, tried to redeem it but it won’t go through. It happened to me twice and won’t request a refund, Lesson Learned and what a ripoff. So I’ll never buy those gift cards ever again. So I have a buy a prepaid card to buy a some music off the iTunes Store. But I seen a customer buying an apple gift card and I told them I wouldn’t do that if I were you. So I warned them not to buy those apple gift card cos if they buy them and if it’s defective they won’t give you a money back. So they told me. Thank you for a warning.
