How to know which are photos, which are not downloaded from iCloud?

I would like to stop uploading photos in iCloud, and turn off this function.

but before it, I wanted to download all photos from my ICloud get downloaded in full resolution (set in phone & it shows that phone is synchronized).

when I am selecting “Turn off & Delete from ICloud”, I get notification => “some of your photos stored in icloud are not downloaded on this iphone”.

I had tried restart, switching on/off/on for ICloud Photos, but it looks that did not forced to download all photos to my phone.

how to know, which are the photos, how to indicate them, which have not been downloaded, before I turn off photos from ICloud?

Try going to Settings > [username] > iCloud > Photos > and tap "Download and Keep Originals" -- that will change it to that option and will remove the checkmark from the "Optimize iPhone Storage" option that is immediately above.

Also check that you have sufficient space on your phone (Settings > General > iPhone Storage).

Thanks for trying to solve.

following option “Downloaded and keep original” I had set, but no change.

storage from 128 Gb, 87 Gb is just used, where 40,7 Gb is Photos.

in following section, IPhone informs me that 46,1 Gb can be saved, selecting Optimizations possibility (=> which I think, means that it looks like all photos should be downloaded on full resolution in my IPhone).
