Chatting with Apple:

Sometimes, when you try to set up a chat session in regard to your Apple ID, your only provided option is to call Apple. So, make up a scenario (i.e. "My Phone won't respond"), and then move ahead, requsting the call.

Setting Up the Chat Session:

1. Go to: support.apple.com
2. Scroll Down to "Tell us how we can help"
3. Select: Get Support
4. Keep Selecting: items, until you get the option to chat.
5. Proceed from there as Necessary
