Providing a few screenshot of what is seen would most certainly help. IMPORTANT: Block out personal info (i.e. Names and eMail Addresses), by covering it with red-colored rectangles and such through use of the Photos app. You can provide portions of the screen, if desired, to safe space on your reply: Take a Screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support
Reporting App Store Scams to Apple:
If this is an app from the App Store, the report it to Apple:
- Go here: Contact - Official Apple Support
- Select: App Store
- Select: Suspicious email, text, or phone call (phishing)
- Proceed form there as necessary
