The iPhone only saves the last 100 calls. For older calls, see if your operator supplies this information on their website or on your bills.

The iPhone only saves the last 100 calls. For older calls, see if your operator supplies this information on their website or on your bills.
Call history is not backed up. You’ll need to get call history from your carrier.

Good catch. Makes me wonder then why that occurred in my restore.

Getting the Call History:
A. Restore from a Backup:
If you have a backup of this iPhone that was created with these call on it, then you can restore you iPhone from one created that has this info. Note that the backup must be of the same iOS version of what is currently installed.
B. Look for Screenshots:
If you ever took any screenshots of this call history, then maybe they would reside in the Photos app
