Where can you edit Printing Options

After recently switching to the apple system only i am in great need to print my A0 documents in to the A4 printing with options like scale to size or true to size(aka 100% size).

also i would need to “tile” the a0 to a4 size, while not scaling the pdf at all. This is possible at windows via simply splitting the a0 into equal a4 parts.

i fail to find these important and basic properties in the printing options.

additionally the option to print only several pages of the document seems to be turned on and off randomly. How can i turn on this consistency because it seems as if my os software is broken.

please advise on how to use these options. I fail to believe apple has not created these simple but crucial properties

While system-native print options don't include "poster" print options, there are many third party print utilities than can output tiled-poster and other page formatting to AirPrint.

Here is just one example found within just a few seconds search of the Apple App Store...:

Poster Printing

Apple does invite submission of comments and feature requests via its Product Feedback portal. For iPad and iPadOS:

If you would like to see a greater range of natively supported print options in a future version of iPadOS, this would be the most appropriate channel through which to make a request.
