Screen Time Data Sync Issue Across Apple Devices

I hope you're all doing well. I've come across a rather persistent issue with the "Screen Time" feature on my Apple devices, and I'm reaching my wit's end trying to find a solution. A couple of months ago, I realized that the Screen Time data isn't synchronizing properly across my devices. While on my MacBook, it only shows the time spent on that particular device, the same goes for the iPhone - displaying only the iPhone usage data. Ideally, I'd love to be able to view the iPhone usage data right on my MacBook under the "Screen Time -> Devices" section, yet this area remains disappointingly blank.

I wanted to point out that the "Share Across Devices" feature is indeed activated. I've tried toggling it off and on again, hoping that this might rectify the issue. Furthermore, I even restarted the Screen Time feature on my iPhone, which unfortunately reset the statistics but did not solve the central problem - the information still does not transfer to the MacBook.
