When i turn off the laptop more than 1 hour or so, the black screen is confirmed appeared, i have to do the hard restart, PRAM, NVRAM and SMC reset each time, and two time unsuccesful, problem worsened, macbook stuck at apple logo boot loop, cant boot to built in recovery mode and internet recovery, the only succesfull way to revive my macbook is by using Apple configurator, but have to restore and losing everything… been doing this 3 times…. please apple, please rectify this issue… i am starting to think that apple is trying to kill intel macbook pro

One problem with the report is that there is no indication of you having a backup of the drive. Is that correct? If Apple does any diagnostics on it they will probably want to erase the drive and add a pristine system to rule out any 3rd party software as the culprit. So before taking it in if you can get a backup of the drive you can save your user data.

You might try the following: boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac and test to see if the problem persists. Reboot normally and test again.

NOTE 1: Safe Mode boot can take up to 3 - 5 minutes as it's doing the following;

• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed

• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)

• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically

• Disables user-installed fonts

• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files

NOTE 2: if you have a wireless keyboard with rechargeable batteries connect it with its charging cable before booting into Safe Mode. This makes it act as a wired keyboard as will insure a successful boot into Safe Mode.

While you're in Safe Mode get a backup of your drive made, either with Time Machine, Carbon Copy Cloner, SuperDuper or Chronosync.

Follow previous advise - First

But since this machine requires all the above steps, good work there 👍

It seems there is some serious Hardware on this machine

As a fall back position only

Then have a few suggestions ;

1 - Have the computer evaluated by the Professionals who have the Special Hardware Software and Expertise to diagnose the issue and offer possible solutions

2 - Make an Appointment at the Apple Genius Bar and have them evaluate the computer

I did call apple support, and they arranged me to meet their technician to look up my MacBook, at that time, my MacBook in an Apple Loop condition, cannot enter recovery neither built in nor online, I asked the technician to reinstall my macOS, the only answer I got is that there is possibility that the motherboard might be damaged and I need to replaced it, and if I want agreed for further checking they'll charge me $200, just for further checking... should I trust apple technician?...
