I am not able to get my Comcast email to download on my phone they will not update and load

Wondering if you have logged in to your Comcast account online, and checked out their support site for answers.
Eg: You may need to authorise Comcast to allow your emails to go to the Mail app on your iPhone.
You might want to check the email account is correctly added, and with correct password, on your iPhone:
