I want to change my region from US to Kuwait but the want me to Zero the account money and i dont know how. Because there are nothing to buy by cents and i dont know hot its work.
I want to buy the new IMAC that why i need to change the region for the delivery.

Apple US does not ship internationally, you need to buy in country if that is your issue.
if you are on-line verify your region at the bottom right of the Apple website...
