why video controls do not show up on my keynote presenter display instead showing up on the main during keynote presentation ?

This is how Keynote works, it is not possible to control video from Presenter Display, it can only be done from the presentation display.
Why it is that way, only the Apple design team will know that, and they do not participate here.
