I have an Apple TV 4k Box I got as a gift for Christmas and it no longer has power to it. I tried another outlet and still nothing. I have tried all the steps on line. Is there anything I can do?

If you have not peeled off the seal cover which is on the side of the Apple TV please do so. Because the power light is located under the cover. If the power light is on it may be a problem with the HDMI etc ,Or please try and re-plug the device side wire.
If this does not work Contact Apple Support.
