Use a New App Password:

Are you using the Mail App? If so, you may need to use an App Password. So, do you use an app password for your eMail? If so, whomever your eMail provider is, visit their site, and create a new App Password. You would sign in using the App Password you just created.

That’s a good question for roadrunner or their iPhone instructions page. If you have 2 factor authentication for your roadrunner account (not your Apple ID) you may need to generate an app-specific password.
