Sorry, your pictures are already gone, if you made backups, you can restore them once you have reset your phone.

Retrieving Photos and Videos:

Was Photos enabled in iCloud Settings? If so, try the following...

Three Tips:

A. Sync Through iCloud:

Sign in to the same Apple ID on both iPhones, and then enable Photos in iCloud Settings. Being synced, Photos will be accessible between both two iPhones.

On Both iPhones:

  1. Click: Settings
  2. Tap: your Name (top item)
  3. Tap: iCloud
  4. Tap: [various items Photos] (so that it is green)

B. Check a App on your Computer:

If an app (i.e. Photos) was enabled on your iPhone along with your Apple computer, then check the Phots app on your Mac to see if it exists in it. You'd start up your Mac, not connecting to the Internet, and open the Photos app. Then proceed from there with retrieving it. Important: Be certain you do not connect to the Internet while booting up, as syncing would delete it. So, power off your router to avoid the connection.

C. Check iCloud, Directly:

You can check iCloud, using a Web browser on another device, and see if you can access them that way. For instance, go here for Photoshttps://www.icloud.com/photos
