IOS 16.6.1 App Store Bug

Hi there,

Recently downloaded the new IOS update on my iPhone 11 and now I can't download any new apps (I can only update existing ones).

It continues to prompt me to update my payment method, but this doesn't need updating as my card details are correct and haven't expired, nor the have apps I've been trying to download been ones you pay for.

I have tried resetting etc and all the fixes (like trying to enter a new payment method) but I'm thinking there's a bug to the new update. Has anybody else experienced this issue or have other fixes?
